Online coaching, anywhere with a decent internet connection. Sessions run Monday to Friday,
9:00am – 5:00pm Arizona time, and Arizona does not observe daylight saving — check your offset before
you book.

If you are in the Scottsdale area and want hands-on or concierge work rather than video coaching,
