This is where things get "foreign" to most people. On Day 2, we apply the 180° Sciatica Solution logic. Instead of hammering away at the side that is already screaming in pain, we focus entirely on the non-painful side. I know it sounds backwards!! BUT think about it — IF your left leg is hurting because your right hip is stuck and won’t move, why would stretching the left leg fix the right hip? It won’t!!

You will practice short, targeted movements that take only about 5 minutes, 3 to 4 times a day. These aren’t "gym workouts." They are neurological resets.
