Instead, we use specific movements (that only take 15-20 seconds at a time) to wake up the muscles on the OPPOSITE side. By balancing the "tug-of-war" happening in your pelvis and lower back, the pressure on the nerve starts to drop IMMEDIATELY. Jazmine started seeing results not in months, but in days, because we finally stopped poking the "angry" nerve and started supporting the rest of her body.

4. STEP TWO: STABILIZE IN THE NEWLY BALANCED POSITION
