Sciatica relief you can start today
When your leg is screaming from your butt to your ankle, you do not need a lecture on anatomy. You
need something that changes the next hour. Here is what I give people first.
Stop feeding the compensation
Pain makes you guard. Guarding makes you crooked. Crooked loads the nerve harder. That loop is why
“it comes and goes” and why the third round of stretching the painful leg does nothing. Break the loop
and the pain has nothing to stand on.
Three things that help today
- Work the side that does not hurt. Sounds backwards. It is the whole point. Your
painful side is already braced; the quiet side is where the imbalance lives. - Change position before the pain does. Do not sit until it hurts and then move —
move first, on a timer, every 20 to 30 minutes. - Walk short and often. Five minutes, several times a day, beats one heroic walk
that puts you on the floor.
What not to do
Do not go hunting for the pain with a lacrosse ball, do not stretch into sharp pain, and do not
“rest until it settles.” Bed rest is how a two-week problem becomes a two-year problem.
Try the free 3-Day Sciatica Proof Lab and find out in three days whether your sciatica can be broken — instead of guessing for another six months.
