  1. Im interested. I hurt my self tending to a quadrapaligic sibling. Lifting her from age five to mid twenties Add in 2 car accidents and working 4 jobs at once. I have Performis syndrome along side arthritis in my hips . Any tips help . Im in debiliating pain cant sit stand walk long periods of time . Havent worked in 7 years .
