This is where most people get their "aha" moment. Usually, one side of your body is working way too hard while the other side is "asleep." This creates a tug-of-war on your spine and your nerves. In this first step, we identify which way your body is leaning or twisting. Often, the secret to relief is actually stretching the side that DOESN'T hurt (foreign to most, I know!!). By shifting the tension, we create immediate space for the nerve to heal.
